Is it possible to gain muscle mass and keep my six pack? I like the way my abs look but I'd like to increase the muscle mass on my arms, shoulders and chest.
I'm 140lb at the moment, I do 2 push and 2 pull [yep no legs unless you count DL and running], 2-3 sessions of 35min high-intensity cardio and 3-5 sessions of abs a week [30min each]. I do this at home, half rack, a bench and weight is all I need [machines are for pussies].
I'm currently eating at maintenance and I'm really not sure what to do. I really wouldn't like to lose my six pack but I'd like to gain more muscle.

You cannot easily gain 100% pure muscle. The extra mass you add will more than make up for your abs being a little less defined. You could try slow bulking, but ultimately you are overly concerned with definition/looks. Just eat big get big you'all be fine, abs also grow in size.
