I always thought that it made more sense to hit traps on pull day, but the few programs I've had suggested to me put them on push day.
What exercises make up your random trap work? I think I need more than shrugs.
Also today is a rest day so I'm working on my back mobility and stretching my hips for tomorrow's pull day.
