Lets play a game, /fit/ where everyone counts their strength points.
You get 1 point for each rep on with specific weight on OHP, Bench press, Squat and Deadlift for as many reps as possible in single set. The weight for exercises is determined by your bodyweight.(0.75xbodyweight for OHP)(1xbodyweight for BP)(1.5xbodyweight for Squat)(2xBodyweight for Deadlift)
To make it more clear i'll start:
I weight 90kgs so for OHP I have to do as many reps as I can with (90x0.75) 67.5kgs, for BP (90x1) 90kgs, Squat (90x1.5) 135kgs, Deadlift (90x2) 180kg
I can OHP 67.5kg for 7 reps so I get 7 points
I can BP 90kgs for 12 reps so I get 12 points
I can Squat 135kgs for 8 reps so I get 8 points
I can Deadlift 180kgs for 2 reps so I get 2 points.
In total I get 7+12+8+2=29 points
Hope you understand and now its your turn /fit/
