So, I'm starting to cut for the new year so I can finally get to see my abs. Am I looking to eat 500 under my TDEE or 300 under my BMR ?
I workout 5 days a week and 3 days HIIT.
173cm and 70kg.
TDEE would be at 2600KCAL for mentainence and BMR is around 1690~
