Not everyone does keto because some people have this thing called willpower around carbs. Something you obviously don't. Why else would you completely avoid carbs?

Keto isn't about reducing carbs, but reducing carbs is the same as just reducing some calories. You'll get the same tepid results.

Totally avoiding calories and increasing fat massively increases fatloss after around two weeks.

Of course, you couldve just used google.
