It's clearly designed to be easy to print not best to carry out.
That said it's still a good starting point. Feel free to add a few reps (max 12) instead of finding the perfect weight to lift 8 times.
Just needs more triceps and abs - do it for a month or 2.

FYI it's the new /r/fitness meme routine. Whilst it doesn't immediately look like it, it's based on supposed limitations of SL/SS and, to be honest, probably fits the goals better of most people on Reddit and here (ie. slightly more aesthetics than strength, so more upper body, etc. etc.)
