Im sweating all the time, its hot as fuck everytime

i think my body is in some kind of overheat process

how can i stop this?

I've always "run hot" so to speak and sweat a ton. If I drink 2+ liter of water in a day then go work out, my gym shirt will be soaked. Hell, I put on t-shirts and by the time I'm done driving wherever I'm headed, have the starts of armpit stains. I used to be a fatty and just attributed it to that, but now I just think I'm cursed to be sweaty. So glad it's not ass swamp though.
