Calisthenics?Depends on where you start. If skinny, yes. If fat, it will look more muscular than that, but similar.

If you are fat, and want that, I'd go cardio route, with calisthenics being your "weight training" a couple of times per week.

I think so. I do calisthenics and this is me.
But youre not gonna achieve that by doing stupid stuff like 100 push ups in your bedroom. You really need to knww what you are doing and realize that "calisthenics can be done anywhere anytime" is a meme. You need equipment like dip bars, pull up bar, paralletes, rings etc etc and obviously you need to know how to train.

First i did full body, then PPL and now just push/pull.
