Ok guys I got a serious question, I was never into fitness all my life just tried not to get too fat, but when i reached 215 lbs and got my blood pressure tested and it was in the high end of pre hypertension low end of type 1 hypertension i decided I needed a change.
I cut meat and cheese almost entirely out of my diet except fish or poultry once a week. I cut my calorie intake in half and mostly only eat raw foods. Some veggie patties and bread.
I run over 2 miles 3 times a week and on the off days I do yoga or some light lifting. Nothing incredible but before I used to be a mess out of breath running to my car from my apartment.
I lost over 30 pounds and I am now sitting right around 178-179 pounds. My blood pressure is now in the totally safe range and even though my physique isn't perfect its still better than the horrible shape I was in.

anyways ever since i lost over 30 lbs my erections have been extremely hard and thats good but sometimes it actually hurts like the skin is too tight and it actually turns a slightly dark color versus the light pink color of a normal cock. which i dont think women will like.
I gotta repeat that i am serious cause this sounds really stupid but will this pass and my dick adjust to my now healthier heart's capacity to pump blood?
