>rotator cuff hurts bad after bench press
>random PT walks by
>have no lifting buddy, ask PT to check my form
>does but seems reluctant and tired of my shit
>turns out my form was indeed shite
>thank him, do few more sets, no pain
Did I do wrong? Is it kosher to ask PTs for form checks?

You fucking dumbass...
you forgot to tip him

Is that a thing? He seemed annoyed from the moment I asked him.

ask them when they are recently finished with a client -- the other person is paying for their time.
start out with "hey, I got a real quick question for ya....."
>works for me

pts have no meaningful existence otherwise, they're probably upset because you forgot to tip them
I wouldn't know because every time I see a PT at the gym, it's usually just him being on his phone texting while his client quarter-goblet squats 25 pounds.
I see PT's literally just tell their clints the PPL routine and then start scrolling Facebook while they're in sets.

Actually... an old female PT saw me going to the new squat racks and asked me if I knew how to use them. I said I wasn't sure so she explained me. Told her if she saw me doing something stupid or bad form, she was more than welcome to correct me. Which she kindly did. Based old female PT.
