I'm going on Christmas vacation to Wisconsin on the 16th and I have been working out but I started sort of chubby and haven't lost a lot of weight yet. Its mostly just SS gains. I want to look better as ill be seeing non relative girls and senpai and want to impress them since i only see them twice a year.
Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Just dropping that much would help me look a lot better facially and physically I think.
Whats the best way to accomplish this? I'm already eating on a super low deficit at like 1500-2000 kcal, im 6'2 and 225 currently.
