Guided programming is divided into groups via tuckusruckus magic (or something) and I think I'm in a pretty basic group, judging from what I've read

So I get suggestions (guidance) on how to perform and possibly modify the programming

for example if I'm scheduled for higher rep, lower rpe tempo squats I should just go ahead and put front squats or highbar there instead. if it were tempo squats for lower volume, higher RPE I could put in pin or pause squats. or just put SSB in both places

Well if you're new to this, and you weren't on a cut you could progress day to day. Since you'll be on a cut though, as a novice you could probably progress week to week. Texas Method might work, and if that stalls, try 531. Idk how long it would take to cut 25kg, it depends how hard you cut. If you cut slow, could be up to 8 months, if you cut hard, could be as little as 6. Who knows at this point

First time I hit 315 was day arter I Got shrifaced, and I was hangover as fuck.
Was doing heavy triples at 275, basically what felt like RPE 9.5. Took a few minutes extra rest, and banged out 275 for 8. Put on 315, somehow got it for 3 reps. The morning after, put on 335 and smashed it. Have no idea how all that happened, since my max just a few weeks earlier had been 295

If I'm training someone my full attention (well, as much as I am able to pay attention with as retarded as I am) should be on them.
If I'm thinking about how the last set went, how the next set should be, or what I need to fix for myself, I'm not thinking about the same things for my client, and I don't think that's ok.

Frustrates me to no end when I see trainers doing that shit. There are some exceptions where it's ok but just about every time I've seen it happen it's not appropriate.
