cutting at 1800 cals. right around ~1200 under maintenance
2 scoops protein in the morning with spinach and a nanner
subway or flame broiler before working out.
2 scoobs after working out
cottage cheese and almonds before bed
also taking an eca stack to help with appetite supression. not too bad to be honest
Went up to 86 kilos, was 74kg 5 month ago, made some ok gains I guess, planning to go on a cut cause of sudden plans of getting back to boxing, gotta make a weight class up to 81 kg. But im having a heavy pain in my right ball of foot, made a research, seems like I have a thing called metatatsalgia, don't know how to treat that shit but hope it will go away soon, cause im in a great urge of floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee. Cutting through keto. All I do is drink unsweetened almond milk, protein shakes, eat raw broccoli, pumpkin seed, and then plan my days around one big meal of protein like 4 sausages, double cheese burgers etc. Lost ten pounds in 2 weeks. Feels like ill be able to continue for the coming weeks

btw if you're eating carbs you're not actually cutting. Like I actually eat as much as I want and dont even have to count cals and im shedding pounds effortlessly
