Yeah pretty much this. This pic is a bit distorted too. Eric can have more defined abs with better posing and he looks narrow here because of the internal rotation. Bigger legs than I'd like for myself personally but great definition.

Being 5% bf as a natty is dumb anyway. I bet that guy looks great at 10-12% bf. A lot fuller, while still maintaining the leanest that people care about (abs, and separation between muscles such as the delts and arms.)
