Consider that caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. Being rested is better than any stimulant in my experience, with the exception being PRs.

Why the tyrosine? Taurine has weak evidence for it too, right?

Citrulline, carnitine, carbs and electrolytes is all I imagine you'd need if you want to perform optimally.
>>
>>39603399
see this>>39603101
>>
>>39603423
by that reasoning you can throw in whatever you want lol
>>
>>39603471
yeah, i guess so
>>
>>39603101
taurine is good healthy supplement and ergogenic. better to take it before bed though.

tyrosine you build a tolerance to quickly and is maximally effective when protein fasted, which you don't want to be preworkout

creatine isn't needed preworkout and cellular uptake is actually increased postworkout with your meal anyway

caffeine, quite effective of course but tolerance issues

l-carnitine--underrated really, i would use it preworkout for cardio and take it with my postworkout meal otherwise

really the best ergogenic is starch carbohydrate...60-70% of your total calories...
>>
>>39603399
>Being rested is better than any stimulant in my experience, with the exception being PRs.
That's completely wrong. Caffeine is ergogenic.
>>
>>39603519
would u recommend adding beta alanine?
heard a lot about the tingling and so on, it would be cool to be able to notice when it has "kicked in"
>>
>>39602995
citruline mallate, caffine, some glucose and water

maybe some salt or something
>>
>Control+F
>No DMAA
>>
>>39603151
ritalin? rly
>>
>>39603614
Beta alanine is nice but don't add too much.
You get used to the tingling and it stops after you've built a tolerance.
>>
What's that /fit/ pastebin that talks about fat burning? I can't think of the name of the product from the thread a few days ago.
>>
Methamphetamine
>>
>>39604500
It's cardio and lower calorie intake.
>>
>>39604520
You take this in addition to that method. I think it was in an ECA stack thread.
>>
PWO:
l-arginine(powder form - cheap but harcore) and citrulin-malat - 3g each
coffee
+
currently testing:
beta alanin and taurin (cheap as fuck myprotein sale)

also 5g creatin
Whey
ZMA and taurin before bed
>>
>>39604614
yeah, bought a shit ton on blackfriday from mp as well.
how is the beta alanine feeling?
>>
>>39604631
light tingeling in the face after ~8 minutes intake.
I can't really tell how good this stuff works.

The l-arginine/citrulinmalat combo gave me such an boost which makes it hard to see the effekt of new stuff.

I have to pause all supps for a few weeks and then test one by one.
>>
>>39604838
alright.
i use citrulline malate myself, dunno if it works really
>>

Myth: Caffeine interferes with the absorption of creatine since it’s a diuretic.
Reality: Actually, caffeine appears to enhance the rate of uptake of creatine, you just need to be more prudent about staying hydrated.[7] Remember, creatine is anabolic in that it draws water into the muscles so keeping fluid intake nominal is key when supplementing with it.

YOU DUN GOOF'D!
>>
Creatine is only put in PWO as a cheap filler

I like to stay sober for physical activities and then save upper highs for cerebral activities.

Not a bad approach desu. Except sometimes I get overstimulated while studying and need to train just to get my head straight.

Coffee.
If I feel extremely shitty then coffee with a tablespoon or two of sugar. Shit gets me going.
>>
>>39603101
kekest of my keks
>Actually believing this bullshit memes.

I take caffeine, beta alanine and flavored creatine

Tastes decent, the only other supplements I would consider adding are citrulline and BCAAs but citrulline is a bit of a meme and I get BCAAs naturally through my diet
>>
100mg of tren and test base in my left butthole with 4.5 scoops of mutant whey and semen
>>
I love 5g bcaa pre workout, that is the base component of any pwo that i mix.
My go to it
5g bcaa
5g citruline
4g beta alanine
50mg DMAA
100Mg caffeine
The dmaa is just above and beyond, favorite compound I've found for working out.

Coffee with citrulline, maybe a little bit of DMAA if I'm really feeling it
>>

Use sunflower lecithin.
>>
>>39609787
Amphetamines only make me more concentrated, plus it constricts your veins so no pump
>>
Own a supplement company lol.

Asides from minor ingredients it's basically:
4000mg beta alanine
2000 citrulline malat
3000mg Creatine
200mg caffeine

An a whole bunch of other shit I don't list cause it makes it better than everyone else's but if they knew they'd use it too
>>
>>39608630
You basically made mesomorph original lol
>>
Caffeine, 100 or 200mg depending on how I feel.

I also supp d3, creatine and beta-alanine, not pre though, as they have no immediate effect, doesn't matter when you take them.
>>
1.3 DMAA.
Do u even preworkout

>>
>>39612652
Wrong timeline, idiot. You're from the Timeline where Hitler won, go back there.
>>
>>39602995
I'm about to do the same and make a DIY preworkout. So far I have:

citrulline malate
l-arginine
beta alanine
bcaa's
creatine monohydrate
>>
200mg caffeine and 400mg of potassium
>>
>>39613894

Ditch the arginine, when taken orally it never makes it far enough to actually do anything.

Plus you're also already taking cirtulline which does arginine's job, only much better.
>>
>2016
>Taking all that garbage

Negros listen here
1 oz apple cider vinegar
8 oz water
Some ginger
Some honey
A hard dick
Some caffeine if you're feeling

Best shit ever
>>
>>39614895
This isn't the digestion aid thread this is the preworkout thread
>>
If you finish your training and you still have a ton of energy left / don't feel done,
Then citrulin/l-arginine won't probably do much for you.

If you aren't a pussy and you are training hard and lift that shit instead of talking and taking pictures, then it will totally assist you.

You don't feel depleted and fucked up afterwards. It really helps.
But not if you only take 1-2g. Make it 4-6g and have fun.

>>39614656
read some studies and inform yourself.
Have you ever take it for a longer period and checked for yourself what it does?
>>
>>39616832

Okay let me inform myself real quick:

"The choice to supplement with arginine is also based on sound physiologic theory. However, there is currently little scientific evidence available to support such claims promoting and increase in functional capacity in healthy, athletic participants."

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2129157/

"In conclusion, acute L-arginine supplementation does not increase plasma concentration of NOx in healthy individuals with normal plasma concentrations of ADMA."

https://examine.com/supplements/arginine/

L-arginine is a popular supplement for athletes as it is touted to increase Nitric Oxide activity in the body. Unfortunately, this effect appears to be unreliable in otherwise healthy adults. While there have been studies that have measured increased effects of nitric oxide (blood flow) they are paired with studies showing no net effects. As for the mechanism, there is reason to believe that this difference is in part due to poor absorption of L-arginine from the intestines before it can reach appreciable activity in the body.
>>
Supplement store owner here
I'm working on creating my own line.

My pre consists of
300mgs caffeine
6g citrulline silicate(the malate bond is worthless)
5g creatine
4g beta alanine
4g betaine
Theanine and theobromine for reducing cortisol

Playing around with huperzine and alpha GPC for nootropic mental gains/focus

Maybe add coconut water extract for hydration inter workout

Here you go guys, go become a millionaire
