Usually I'll just have a small handful of peanuts and a bowl of oats (about 50g dry weight) with a tablespoon of raisins and 25g of ground chia seeds. Comes out to around 500 kcals and 17g protein.

Dinner is typically 175g 0% greek yogurt (Kirkland Signature) mixed with a can of pink salmon (Ocean's brand, 213g) with chopped celery and bell peppers or other veggies weighed out to 350g and 125g of poached egg whites. About 700 kcals and 94g protein. I put franks red hot sauce on it too for low cal flavor.
