By the way could the reason i gof a bit chubby be that i lifted from 1:00 to 1:25 pm instead of lifting from 6:00 to 6:25?? I will let you in on a little secret - your training drives your nutrition, not your nutrition your training. If you are going to eat that big of a surplus, you should be doing twice-a-day plus conditioning to get the maximum of it. Because you are on /fit/ you probably did some beginner program that needs 200-300 extra calories at the most.

Cut down and if you want to bulk, do GVT and eat no more than 500-600 calories over your daily max. Stop when you have gained 5 kg.
