Basically just a little energy boost so I don't faggot out early on the elliptical/punching bag.

My grocery store (the only one in town) only has Six-Star, so that's what I use

(Also, does anyone know why they sell brotein shakes pre-made, but not pre-workout?)

I've never used the 6 star, that blows bro. it's probably not strong enough or you got used to it extremely quick. I'd order online something else if possible. check out mr. Hyde. shits unreal with energy. I've been on it close to two years, still gives me a buzz
