hey /fit, advice on how can a poorfag like myself get fit, please? I care mostly for strength, endurance and agility per se, aesthetics are quite secondary to me. Any help?

Classic calisthenics like pushups, pike pushups, dips, situps, squats, calf raises, pullups, tuck rows on a bar
Once you're good at those, make them plyometric if possible, like clapping pushups, clapping pullups, muscle-ups, box jumps

If you're as /poorfag/ as you claim, buy bulk cheap goods, they're the same as the more expensive ones, but the taste is a bit off

>cheap oats
>cheap cheese
>cheap wheat flour
>water
>vitamin d milk
>fish or chicken 3 times a weeks
>don't forget your dark greens like spinach and broccoli, that way you won't need an expensive supplement
You seem to have internet access, so learn to cook with those ingredients
