H-hi guys, robit here, just curious about how to get your testosterone levels checked out. I just feel like this is one of my major problems ya know? like if it try to run my chins hurt, and I have no libido.

Go to your doctor and get checked. If they won't do it, look up a private lab near your area and do it yourself. PrivateMDLabs is pretty good.

Get some sun. The sun turns cholesterol into vitamin d3 which is a precursor for sex hormones.
Eat a decent amount of saturated fat and stay away from too much polyunsaturated fat, especially omega 6, which leads to information and cortisol increase which sabotages test into estrogen.
Eat plenty of green shit, especially cruciferous vegtables which have lots of chemicals that make test stay as test and not convert to estrogens.
Eat eneugh zinc and selenium, seafood and nuts basically unless you want to supplement.
Lift heavy, don't use hot tubs.
Avoid overeating simple carbs and switch to complex carbs like potatoes/ sweet potatoes/ oatmeal/ and occasionally fruit. Don't drink soda.
Avoid soy crap, eat real red meat.
Debates still out on this one, but try to do cold thermogenesis/cold ass showers and try to avoid xenoestrogens found in plastics and styrofoam containers.
