Literally the ultimate cutting food. All I've eaten for the past 3 days is whipped cream, and the weight loss is great. Plus, it puts you into ketosis (from personal experience).

Exactly what it sounds like. Take a cup of heavy cream, add a teaspoon or so of sweetener (don't make it too sweet), whip it, and eat. People think it's a dessert, but the cream by itself is actually a great health food that's only made bad by the sugar. Pair it up with some veggies and that's all I eat the whole day.
