Reallistically, how much muscle will I lose if I go on a hard cut?
I'm 5'9", 85 kg at around 20% body fat, I want to get to at least 12% in as little time as possible and I'm willing to take it to 1000 kcal a day
And what kind of lifting should I do to minimise the gains lost?
