I want your advice on whether I should continue bulking up to 325 and then start cutting or stop at 300 and start cutting now.
I've been following a program which recommended "cutting out the middle man" and had a caloric guide on bulking up from my starting weight of 180 to 325 and then sculpt that into massive gains without the cycles.
I've been following this program for almost 2 years now and I'm at 300lbs, but I'm struggling and starting to get a little depressed with myself. Not lifting for so long has made me so weak in daily life.
Is now the time to harvest my gains?
