bending rebar is incredibly easy, considering its all mainly 3/8". now 1/2" for some reason is a HUGE step up. punching bricks, once you get the first fracture in, it's all cake if you can deal with the pain. also for the pic, Goodluck going Belgian Blue. they are genetic double muscled freaks
