It's this. I tore mine like 7 years ago. It fucks up your strength for some time but you will be able to bench and push relatively normal throught the rest of your life.

Judo guys suffer them a lot when they fall on their shoulders.

If you are unlucky you will get a small unasthetic bump in your shoulder, only fixable with surgery,
