The Problem is, most of us, if not all started lifting because of insecurities and even when we get jacked and hot we never improve on a mental Level.
So when a woman rejects us based on how beta we are, we get sore and grow angry with them, not wanting to realise that we are the same insecure children in our heads, and trust me, they can sense it right away. My point is, start improvisieren yourself mentaly and dont hate o women for wanting a alpha. Its in their nature
