So what do you want
>>39590914
Don't get discouraged. You try, you fail, eventually you succeed.

>>39591109
why did you feel the necessity to bump this shitty thread
>>39590914
Do you mean total weight of both dumbells or 55lbs each?
>>39591134
Where are you now and how long it it take to get there?
>>39590914
Started putting up 40lb dumbbells
>fast forward ~ a year and about 8lbs
Putting up 120s
Might just have alpha genetics, keep going anon, don't give up!

Yeah this
55lb dumbbells isn't anything to be ashamed of, you'll always have to go much lighter on dumbbell presses than you would on barbell presses. I've seen gigantic dudes pressing 40lb dumbbells after benching 3pl8 with a bar.

most i've ever benched is 275. when i was starting out, i didn't follow a program, and would instead just dick around in the gym (i don't recommend this approach). all told, it took me maybe 4 years to get to 225, but during this time i wasn't "serious" about benching, and i'd say it's possible to get there from humble beginnings in about 12-18 months.
I do only dumbbell bench.
Incline 155lbs
Flat 143lbs
What do you guess i could bench if i would do barbell?
Feels everytime bad if i have to tell i only bench 155lbs at last set.
>>39590914
55 each?
>>39591267
>>39591411
