Split my training into phases, doing a bro phase using GVT and then gonna do more athletic based full body workouts, gotta keep the gains coming and not get complacent doing the same boring picking things up and putting them down

I do a brosplit but I do low weight on my compounds and high weight on my accessories.
I have a bulging disc in my lower back so a lot of strength routines don't really fall within my abilities anyway.
