If I stick to my deficit by weighing out my food, will I not have to worry about plateaus and whatnot?
According to my TDEE/etc. I will lose weight at 1300 calories per day, until I hit 187 pounds, then if I knock it down to 1200 calories per day I'll lose weight till 174 lbs, etc.
People say weight loss isn't linear, etc. Which because of water fluctuation, bowel movement, etc is understandable, but if I stick to weighing my food like a hawk will I not have to worry about my weight loss stopping at all?

these numbers seem totally off unless you're a woman/old/really short

I'm using the fitnessfrog TDEE calculator in the sticky.
I'm 5'8, male, 198 lbs
It says my TDEE is 2391
If I take 2 lbs off that it's 1391 a day, I even it out to 1300 a day.
Seeing as I turn 26 soon, I updated that for when my weight hits 187-190, and that says my TDEE will then be 1301, so I dropped that to 1200 myself.

My TDEE will be 2301, i should say, and i dropped it to 12-1300

Right now I sit at the computer practically all day, once I get new headphones I plan to start walking 5 miles a day again, which usually takes me about 90 minutes.
I can't lift until I get my arm/leg fixed so bulking/weight lifting is currently out of question for a bit.

but yeah, i guess it's pretty much the same thing at the moment.
I'm looking to get to 140 while I work on getting my arm/leg fixed to start lifting.
Final bump
No. Weightloss is not linear. It will be best to gauge your loss on a bi weekly schedule. Also exercise helps.

Well what I am saying is, excluding bowel movement/water weight, should I expect to see results if I stay consistent/as accurate as possible with the measuring?
I'm dead set on losing 60 pounds before june/july. I'm 198-ish right now. Eating 1300 calories or less a day.

Again no. The online calculators are never accurate to that extreme. Try the deficit for two weeks, and then reassess your workouts and your diet. Your TDEe might be lower or higher than the screen shows.

So basically this is going to take forever for me, eugh.
