Don't do this. You can't limit yourself to only eating specific food everyday. You have to mix it up constantly or else you won't get proper vitamin/mineral contents. You don't need to go this in depth

I disagree with this, to a point. I eat the same thing everyday for all my meals except dinner, which changes every night (but ends up being the same amount of calories/macros every time). I spent a lot of time carefully crafting my diet to get the right balance of calories/macros in each meal. It's great because I don't have to count calories at all, since I know exactly what I'm getting in each meal. I also take a pretty hardcore multivitamin as a safeguard. I've been doing this all year, and I feel great. I'm at 9% body fat and making gains in the gym. Simplifying your diet for the sake of convenience is fine as long as you keep it balanced, take your vitamins/minerals, and include at least one meal with some variation to it.

You are making it way to hard...

Set your protein levels depending on your goals. The rest is calories keeping in mind the better your carbs are on the glycaemic index (GI) the better in almost all cases. Based on food choices choose supportive supplements.

Oh and if you are a man ditch the soy and frankly any estrogen heavy foods.
