Any tips for people who feel depressed after working out?
I feel like I can take on the entire world in a spit swapping make-out match.
What's your problem?

Not op, but I used to feel rigorous and strong after lifting, but now I get these weird bouts of anxiety every time now: where I feel like I can't fucking take in a whole breath of air...HR is fine, and not winded, just can't breathe.

Idk I just feel like shit in general; though I feel worse if I don't workout/skip

have you seen a shrink to check for clinical depression?
>>39587077
nah; uninsured, lol. I've legitimately been hit by a bus on my bicycle and turned the ambulance away, lol

Then the workouts have nothing to do with the fact you feel like shit.
Word of advice:
STOP LOOKING AT PORN YOU FILTHY FUCKING DEGENERATE
TALK TO PEOPLE
SOCIALIZE

Wouldn't it be sick if there was thousands of books on happiness and success? Oh shit doh, there is! Don't be a lazy fag and adopt this principle:
>EVERYTHING you want in life can be obtained through study and practice. This includes happiness, being rich, being funny, getting a gf that squats 2 plaet
Discipline will be what dictates whether you'll live a shit life or a fantastic one.

Key words being "you want"
I have no clue what I want out of life in all honesty.

It's either:
- You're not brushing your teeth

- You smoke
- You're getting deepthroated by a ghost

The only thing(s) I take are zinc and magnesium before bed, and biotin once a day. No caffeine or anything like that.
What would not brushing my teeth have to do with this?
>>39587820
Do some research you fuck, I just found so much shit saying zinc worsens anxiety.

You didn't train hard enough

Probably. I'm a "jack of all trades type" i like to do everythign so I can't put 100% into anything. I lift 4-5 days a week. Run an obstacle course 3-4 nights a week. Bike (15-25 miles) 3-4 nights a week.
Each thing takes away from the others, so I'm average at all 3
