Its a cut up of a PPL, still 2 push and pull days for upper body, but 3 lower days in order to keep form on point for squats.
I tend to forget how to squat if i only squat 1 or 2 times a week, I find 3 is the sweet spot for maintaining proper form. I tend to get lower back pains when I reduce the amount of times I squat per week.

Combine M/T and F/Sat into one workout each and don't do squats on Wednesdays and you have a fine program there.
