Ive gained about 40 pounds over the last ~15 months, is currently at about 225.
Im not fat but Im definitely not lean either. I look good in a shirt tho.
I dont count calories I just stuff my face as much as I can. I count protein (roughly).
I really enjoy it overall, strength and mass gains are awesome, I work out really hard 5-7 times a week, general well being levels are high as fuck, really horny. Really actually made some face/chin gains too
All this despite that I eat maybe 50/50 clean/dirty
Think Im gonna stay on this until the end of the year and then go on a small deficit like maybe 300 and do lots of cardio
I enjoy this but I look forward to being a little leaner and go running without my calfes killing me the day after

Yeah I am actually a little bit pissed I never did bulk this thoroughly/consistent/long before. It really is the gains highway
I havent even been that consistent really because its only for the last six months or so that Ive had a decent income, I think I would have done even better if I hadnt been so poor before that, some months were really shitty nutrition wise
