Yes, on 250 didnt feel much sides except for being a little hot. At 500 I was sweating all day and very lethargic.

what difference do you see in weight loss though? i've done 500mg a couple of times and i can get 7lbs/week

planning on running dnp until i can't anymore
will up dose every 3 days. if too much i'll drop to below stage.
300 - 425 - 600 - 725 - 900?

currently on day two of 425, very little sides so far.
am doing a keto diet currently, will try psmf when dose reaches 600. hoping to go from 195 to 175-185 after glycogen weight is added back. i've been on a -1000 cal deficit from my tdee (2800), sometimes skipping meals out of tiredness and going as far as a -2000 deficit.

so far i've found that going into keto before i started has really blunted the increase of appetite i usually get from dnp. my last dnp attempts have been pretty horrible when it comes to night sweating. previously i'd wake up in a pool of sweat when at a dose of 250mg. at 300mg this hasn't happened yet, i think it's because of keto. i've also barely used any ec stack, 25mg eph and 160mg caffeine a day so far, am prepared to up it upwards of 75mg eph and 600mg caffeine if lethargy or hunger becomes too much.

if successful(kek) i will probably post pictures in a few weeks.

how long after taking dnp do you fee the "hottest"
like if i take 250mg everyday at 12pm, what time of the day will i feel the warmest? immediately after or up to a few hours?

A good amount of difference but I felt like shit the whole time. but at 250 i could easily go to the gym and even do some cardio too.
