Ive been in a hassle recently.
Ive been lifting for 9 months, and this month in particular have begun seriously to bulk up- good eating, high carb intake on training days, post workour carbs, and so on.(ive read the sticky)
Ive been going boxing as a side activity, just as cardio and having fun fighting.
Can you guys suggest anything for me?
Can you tell me what mode I am? Fat? Built? Skinny?

OP again, I was fat earlier my life, and have some back fat. This is mostly because I eat allot, and make allot of the basics- deadlifting, benching and squatting. Dumbells are also a passion.

but i will help you.

1. stop ating faggot shit like fruit. start eating meats and veggies lots of em. avoid bread too.

2. no more fuckin soda

3. more focus on shoulders, this will widen your top half and add musculature in the areas that people see most.

4.more deadlifts, more planks. this will tighten your stomach.

5. you are skinny fat, but in imminent danger of being generally fat. build your lats with lat pull down, this will help you look bigger as well

6. work on grip strength, your hands will get tougher, your arms will get more vascular, your forearms will grow as well.

7. learn to endure and enjoy pain, it is all worth it

Thank you for your help. All free time revolves around sport, so I skip shit like french fries and junk food.I don't drink soda or eat sweet shits because they really fuck you up. I eat clean all of the time, just bulking right now. Training is a serious passion for me, and I respect your opinion, even if you tell me it won't work.

Just a quick question, will it help if I begin supplementing with Trib (Terrestis)? I have high T on a daily basis, and have a really high attraction to girls and such, but could it benifit if I start a cycle of test boosters?
I don't plan on roids or hormones for now, shit expensive where I'm at.
Honestly peptides are where I'm headed, but I think it is too early at this state to be thinking about serious shit like that

You look fat and skinny. Now go harder, go every day. How many exercises are in your routine, 3? 5? Try doing 9 different exercises, each 3 sets of 8-12 reps. You need to attack every muscle group from every angle if you want to see real change. It takes years natty, but you can make it.
