Muscle is around 3x as dense as fat. If you aren't getting much bigger and you're getting heavier, it makes sense. A lot of the "flab" you put on during a bulk is water retention from the fats you're consuming.

Either that or you need a better scale.

i'm not getting much bigger, because i didnt bulked for long, and there is always a day where i feel ugly and start cutting again.

so you say the flab is water retention due to the fat i consum? most of the fat i eat on purpose come from peanutbutter (made 100% of peanut, no sugar, no added shits) and sometimes avocado.

also if anyone have suggestion of food for bulking, its welcome.

i also eat greek yogurt for breakfast with oats, i need to find a stronger breakfast...
