Shrugs are just not optimal for trap development. The best way to get big traps is explosive pulls and generally lifting heavy

1. Switch over Leg day and Chest day so you do Legs on Monday and Back on Wednesday.
2. Start leg day with 5x5 squats and switch the 2x20-30 accessories to 3x8-12
3. Lower deadlifts to something like 1-3x3-5
