Looking to mainly gain chest muscle some leg muscle and lose body fat but i dont really care about losing weight looking for advice/tips

Are you me??? Lol Im 6'2 225lb but I've been lifting and definitely start benching. Even a little help, that starter strength is felt right away and you can feel a firmer chest and you'll start losing your insecurities about your man tits. Also try losing some weight as it will make your muscles pop more.

Also, start running. It will build more functional leg muscles plus help cardio and lose weight

you need to lose weight before you think about "gaining muscle", it'll just make you look even worse.
