I love the rices and chicken.

I mostly have been eating hard boiled eggs and multigrain toast and a fruit for breakfast and lunch. Aren't eggs supposed to be great with kick boxing too?

Read the sticky lad, it'll help with diet information. I'd also suggest some weight training and stretching routines alongside the kickboxing, it'll help prevent injuries if done with good form
