Once, I hit the gas pump on my car with a rock, so I had to push it 20 km back home, I have never in my life sweat like I did that day.
2 hours walk with at least 7,5km/h
sometimes speed up to 15km/h for a minute or to 12km/h for 5 mins and then walk again

treadmill
1000 jumping jacks every day, regardless if it's push or pull day. also take the stairs at work.
used to have a cardio day with 2000 jumping jacks, burpees and kettlebell swings (one bell, two hands, between the legs and high up front), but it was way too boring. the 100 jacks + stairs alone make my calves WAY bigger than I want them to be, but I don't want to cut cardio altogether because nothing is worse than getting winded going upstairs or doing any minor run to catch something.
>100
I mean 1000 (5x200 between arms sets)
