Everyone keeps saying i have a nice booty /fit/, but my numbers are trash, especially dead and squat. Are they lying? Current Body/Butt Thread I guess.

You've got good quads and your ass is good width wise, but it's flat.
Do weighted hip thrusts and keep pushing your squats (wider stance) if you're going for booty gains

Keep in mind your normie friends probably think a 200 lb squat is steroid tier amazing, you'll get lots of compliments from them because their standards are lower.
