I'll admit that I'm not an expert, but this is what I learned in an anthropology class I took in college, so if you want to try and disprove hundreds of years of archeology and anthropologist research, be my guest, but please provide at least some evidence that would pass in a peer reviewed paper.

I'm not sure why black people are faster in terms of evolution, but I do know that they have more fast twitch muscle fibers, which are used for running, than slow twitch muscle fibers, which are used for lifting heavy weights.
