Trade in dads old belt and get a real belt or wear your belt backwards with the thick part in the front that will give you something real to push against. Get a real belt.
Not sure what kind of shoes those are, but for PR and past 85% lifts you should be in flat soles like chucks or if you got loads of cash actual lifting shoes. If those shoes have any give they will cause you to rock.
Its a solid looking lift though.
