Whats your best accessory lift? I work in construction and carry around shit all the time so my shoulders can hold a lot of weight in weird positions. I can do db flies with 60s using no momentum. I can also do upright rows with 275, with a bit of momentum..., but i think its impressive.

If you're competing in an IPF sanctioned meet, this is not the case. The only time missing weight can really fuck you is when there are caps as to how many lifters a given nation can have in one weightclass.

A small thing though, you'd do better if you moved the rubber mat that's under you away and deadlift on the hardflood. This doesn't bother everyone, but try it and see what you like better.

Also, measure the height of the bar, make sure it's competition height (20cm from the ground to the bottom of the bar). If it's not, I'd suggest getting a hard surface like a wood or plywood sheet for you to stay on top while deadlifting.

Bullshit. I say this as a powerlifter that follows weightlifting longer than powerlifting. Press-outs, joints locking and unlocking, the amount of time needed before being given the down command, amount of bar whip/body movement allowed between clean and jerk, elbows breifly touching or not touching knees, etc. Weightlifting judging in practice is very subjective, regardless of how clear it is on paper.

Last olympics were a good example, lots of drama in lifts being red lighted and the lifters standing on the platform with a wtf look on their face.
