You will get all the BCAAs you need from the protein you consume. Sure; it takes time for the body to break down the protein, but drinking an ordinary protein shake (or a tall glass of milk) half an hour before hitting the gym is the same as drinking BCAAs during or right after your session.
The only possible exception are people who eat shit protein - vegans who don't plan their diet with protein completeness in mind, people who eat mostly processed meat with shit-tons of collagen etc.
