I have a diet plan but its shit. So i read sticky and it says you will lose weight if you eat less than ttde. So instead of rice and shit can i just make my own sandwiches? As long as daily calorie intake is less than ttde?

Losing weight means losing muacle mass. No way to prevent it.

There are ways to mitigate that, and ways to mitigate fat gain while gaining lean mass.

Ultimately it is calories in/calories out, but there are more and less effective methods.
