Hey /fit/
I want to start lifting to get some confidence and to commit to something. I just got out of a long relationship and need some distraction.
I'll be starting with SL 5x5 after I find a good gym (loads of crappy ones around). I'm very much out of shape, haven't done any decent sports in about 4 years (just one casual football game a week).
Should I cut? Bulk? Just eat the way I'm eating now? I'm 5'8 and 150 lbs (or 178 cm and 75 kg). Any more tips?
