question: i've had a rough year and haven't worked out all that much. i used to be able to do 50+ pushups and lift heavy no problem
last week i did pushups and could barely get to 15. Before going back to weight training, i'm going to get back to doing 100 pushups and running a mile without walking
good idea, or just go back to weights and feel shitty that im lifting so light?
