I usually just jump out of bed and the fact that my apartment is chilly at that time because I radiators haven't kicked on yet help with the rest. Plus puppers usually helps when she hears the alarm

All of these combined is the best way to get up. Keep your alarm far away so you have to get up. You feel tired when you wake up partially because you're dehydrated so have a glass of water nearby. Immediately open your shades so your body starts pumping awake hormones into you, since a lot of your circadian rhythm activities are light activated. And cats or dogs waking you up is fucking amazing compared to an alarm
