Maybe lay off the preworkout until your far heart can pump blood without killing itself first

Preworkouts are loaded with other things to help your endurance. If your cardio is so bad that it can't handle lighter cardio (which, if you're fat, is probably the case) you would be better off improving your ability to do cardio before you enhance it with preworkout.
Cardio is shitty for fat loss unless you are a marathon runner. Lift more and eat better.
You shouldn't be blacking out. You might want to do see a doctor m8.
Try ddp yoga for two weeks to learn how to get the heart rate up without burning out early.
I'm sure there are other programs that teach you how to increase heart rate and get used to regulating heart rate while you do it, but ddp yoga is the only one I can think of off hand.
